Our Story
I’m Marj, a mindfulness and mental-health advocate passionate about helping others find calm, clarity, and purpose in their everyday lives.
Before starting Artfully Grounded, I spent years in the banking industry, where constant pressure and digital overload quietly led to exhaustion and disconnection. I thought leaving corporate would solve everything, so I shifted into freelancing. But even then, the stress followed me. Deadlines, notifications, task-switching, and the pressure to constantly perform continued to affect my mental wellness.
That was when I realized something important:
It’s not always the environment, sometimes, it’s the lack of inner tools to manage what life gives us. And that awareness changed everything for me.


Unlike many mindfulness guides that focus only on reading or theory, my approach blends guided exercises, reflection prompts, and mindful planning tools that help you truly understand where you are, what you’re feeling, and how to move forward with intention.
